CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Much more is expected to be acquired Wednesday about a proposal to increase toll lanes to Interstate 77 south of Charlotte, going all the way to the South Carolina condition line.
Customers of the Charlotte Regional Transportation Organizing Organization explained they bought an unsolicited proposal from a organization to make the tolls together I-77.
The approach incorporates toll lanes from Brookshire Freeway to the South Carolina condition line.
Officials with the North Carolina Section of Transportation reported because it was unsolicited there are guidelines to shield some of the information of the program.
