LAS VEGAS (KVVU/Gray News) – A gentleman was arrested in Las Vegas immediately after he taped his puppy’s mouth shut and still left it in a automobile though he gambled, in accordance to an arrest report.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Law enforcement Department explained Raul Carbajal was arrested Wednesday and charged with torture of an animal soon after police discovered the puppy inside the car at a Las Vegas Strip parking garage.
Police stated the 3-month-previous Siberian Husky pup was identified in a locked automobile on the top ground of the parking garage with its mouth taped shut with electrical tape. Security climbed as a result of the vehicle’s sunroof to rescue the pup, the arrest report mentioned.
The car or truck was captured on the Bellagio Hotel’s safety cameras. Carbajal reportedly parked and then gambled for an hour in advance of returning to his motor vehicle, the arrest report mentioned.
