A lady riding on the again of a motorbike was arrested following she struck a car or truck with a baton and pulled out a gun throughout a Friday highway rage confrontation, explained the Washington Point out Patrol.
The angry exchange commenced in Pasco, ongoing south throughout the blue bridge and together Highway 395 in Kennewick about 10 a.m. Friday early morning.
Marlene Perry McCreary, 47, of Spokane, was a passenger on a bike when she assumed the driver of a Honda Civic was trying to block the bicycle from exiting from the westbound lanes of Interstate 182 to Freeway 395, WSP Trooper Sarah Clasen informed the Herald.
McCreary thought the driver of the Civic ended up rushing up and blocking them from receiving into the exit lane, Clasen mentioned.
Investigators say McCreary then pulled out a baton and hit the hood of the Civic following they crossed the bridge into Kennewick.
When the automobile and the motorbike stopped at Highway 395 and Clearwater Avenue, McCreary allegedly pulled out a pistol and pointed it in the direction of the vehicle, Clasen reported.
McCreary has hid pistol license for the gun.
The Civic turned off the freeway at Vista Way, and the persons inside of called 911 to report the menace.
Kennewick officers stopped the bike on Freeway 395 among 27th Avenue and Hildebrand Boulevard around the Southridge Sports Complicated.
McCreary was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of malicious mischief and illegal display of a gun. The bike driver was not arrested.
