This is the 2023 BMW M2 but not as you know it, or somewhat as Manhart would like it to be recognised and found. BMW purists will know it as the M2 G87 which is run by a turbocharged 3.-litre six-cylinder petrol motor, the similar powerplant identified in the present-day M3. BMW could not make it possible for the lesser M2 to usurp the M3 so they detuned it by 20bhp to develop 453bhp and 550Nm of torque. That motor will allow the M2 to speed up from -62mph in 4.2 seconds and access an electronically confined best pace of 155mph. To German functionality vehicle tuning experts Manhart, BMW’s OEM effectiveness cars seem and audio also uninteresting.
So Manhart is chaotic operating on their eyesight for the 2023 BMW M2. When it launches, the Manhart MH2 560 will improve power from 453bhp to 560bhp and torque will increase to 650 Nm. Manhart will suit a new uprated stainless steel exhaust or carbon or ceramic-coated tailpipes, optional based on desire.
The Manhart MH2 560 will also get a revised and uprated suspension setup, two variants will be readily available, full coilovers or reducing springs. The exterior styling is Manhart delicate, with new bespoke alloy wheel styles, aspect skirts, entrance and rear bumpers, and a fastened rear wing. Having said that, the Manhart MH2 attributes the company’s signature black and gold liveried signature accent coloration palette.
A reminder, the photos furnished by Manhart are digital renders, so assume a several variations to arise when the MH2 560 at some point launches. But you’ll have to be individual for now since 1st deliveries of the OEM spec BMW G87 M2 will commence in April 2023 with costs commencing at £62K.
