A 13-calendar year-outdated boy died Tuesday evening when a 17-year-aged boy misplaced control of a automobile he was driving, crashed into a bike and rolled into a ditch, regulation enforcement officers claimed.
According to Oregon Condition Law enforcement, at about 9:30 p.m. a gold Chevrolet Basic driven by the 17-calendar year-old passed one more car or truck headed south on Freeway 99E near Woodburn, but then lost regulate and strike a northbound bike. The Chevrolet rolled several periods and finished up in the southbound ditch.
The 13-yr-previous, who was not putting on a seatbelt, was ejected from the car or truck and pronounced dead at the scene. The 17-yr-old driver and the driver of the motorcycle were being taken to neighborhood hospitals, state law enforcement mentioned. No update on their circumstances was available.
